Providing my bank account details for the refund
Remember, to refund the money directly to a bank account, you’ll need to meet a condition of release (ie retired, above the age of 65, and other conditions you can find here).
If you meet a condition of release, please check Section 3 on the first page of the Withdrawal Form and complete page 3.
To help us ensure we’re transferring the refund to the correct person, you’ll need to provide certified identification with the completed Withdrawal Form. Visit the Proof of identity page on our website for details on acceptable identification.
