Draw terms and conditions

  1. This draw is open to participants of ASFA Conference in Sydney on 19 November 2024 to 21 November 2024, except employees of MLC Limited (MLC Life Insurance) and their immediate families.
  2. There are two draws:
    • The first draw opens at 12:00pm AEDT 19 November 2024 and closes 5:00pm AEDT 20 November 2024.
    • The second draw opens at 8:00am AEDT 21 November 2024 and closes 5:00pm AEDT 21 November 2024.
  3. Participants may only submit one entry, and they can do so by completing the ‘Happier lives, healthier tomorrows’ draw entry form via the QR code.
  4. Entries submitted for the 20 November 2024 draw, and which are unsuccessful will be automatically placed in the second draw on 21 November 2024.
  5. Entries submitted for the 21 November 2024 draw will only be valid for the 21 November 2024 draw.
  6. Participants who provide a valid entry will be entered into the relevant draw to win their choice of one of two $200 gift cards.
  7. There is one prize to be drawn per draw:
    • The prize for the first draw will be drawn after 5:00pm AEDT 20 November 2024.
    • The prize for the second draw will be drawn after 5:00pm AEDT 21 November 2024.
  8. The first valid participant entry drawn will win the prize as specified in term 6. The draw is final and there is only one winner per draw.
  9. The participant who wins the first draw will not be eligible to enter the second draw.
  10. MLC Limited will contact the winning participants via the email address provided by that participant and arrange for collection or delivery, as is reasonably appropriate.
  11. Each prize is valued at $200 and is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
