Our social committee events are really fun, and I look forward to them because it's been a great way for me to get to know people across our business and hear what they're up to. It makes me feel more connected to what I do, knowing that my colleagues and I are unique but share our success, lessons and experiences together.

Our teams are not just colleagues – we’re a community that fosters inclusion where we can all belong. We celebrate diversity and come together as a whole organisation through various shared activities like our Town Halls, events organised by our office social committees and commemoration of significant days like Diwali, Pride, International Women’s Day, Men’s Health Week and World Mental Health Day. We also have dynamic working groups where you can meet people from across our business and work together to promote important priorities like reconciliation, sustainability, and employee engagement.
Connecting with our community
We offer two days of paid volunteer leave per year so you can make a positive impact in your community and contribute in a way that matters to you. We encourage our people to volunteer with their teams, and we also encourage our people to give blood through our Lifeblood Team.
Our sustainability goals
We have set a range of sustainability goals to support our sustainability journey. Our initial goals address critical issues, including climate change and emissions reduction, gender diversity, reconciliation, social engagement and responsible investment. We talk with our people and ask for participation and perspectives as we develop our broader sustainability strategy to support the future of our business and our world.
