KickStart expedites access to expert recovery assistance and Vivo services for insured members, helping them get support from day one of illness or injury before they even take time off work. Members can access KickStart via their fund, employer or through self-referral and when the time comes, if a member needs to make a claim, they are guided through that process seamlessly using information collected through their KickStart journey.
