MLC Life Insurance's Chief Risk Officer, Eilis Hurley, has left MLC Life Insurance.

Eilis has been a committed and key member of the leadership team. She has led our Risk, Legal and Governance functions through a period of significant change as we separated from NAB and commenced operations as a standalone business.  During this time Eilis played a significant role in setting up of our risk management framework, risk governance, operating model and processes.

MLC Life Insurance wishes Eilis all the best for the future and thanks her for her tremendous contribution to our business.

An external search will now commence for a new Chief Risk Officer to lead these functions as we face into a rapidly changing operating environment. 

In the interim, our Chief Actuary, Darren Robinson, will become Acting Chief Risk Officer.  This will be in addition to his role as Chief Actuary.
