Louise Portelli, Chief Customer Experience Officer, has left MLC Life Insurance.

Louise joined MLC Life Insurance in March 2019 and was responsible for the company’s customer strategy and bolstering customer experience across the business’s group and retail channels.

Sean McCormack, Managing Executive, said, “As a part of our ongoing review of business operations we’ve decided to take a more holistic approach to our product, pricing and distribution strategies to ensure we deliver great partner and customer outcomes. The Customer Experience function at MLC Life Insurance will be repointed to the Group and Retail Partners team in the short term.

“Louise has been an important member of the leadership team and has brought great customer insights to our business. I’d like to thank Louise for her contribution to our customers and our business and wish her well for the future.”
