MLC Life Insurance Appoints New Non-Executive Director
MLC Life Insurance has appointed Craig Dunn to the MLC Limited Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Craig will serve as Chair of the Board People, Remuneration and Culture Committee and as a member of the Board Risk Committee and Board Audit Committee.
Craig is a highly regarded business leader with more than 25 years of experience in financial services, serving as Chief Executive Officer of AMP Limited from 2008-2013. He is currently a Director of Telstra Group Limited and Chair of the Telstra Board Audit Committee and Board Risk Committee. Craig is also a Director of Lion Co and Chair of the Australian Ballet.
Craig was previously a member of the Financial Services Advisory Committee, the Australian Financial Centre Forum, the Consumer and Financial Literacy Taskforce and a Panel member of the Australian Government’s Financial System Inquiry. He is also a former Chair of the Investment and Financial Services Association (now the Financial Services Council), the Australian Government’s Fintech Advisory Group and Australia’s leading fintech innovation hub, Stone & Chalk.

Craig previously served on the Board of Westpac Banking Corporation, Financial Literacy Australia Limited and as a Board member of the Australian Japanese Business Cooperation Committee.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Economics) from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
