Gerard leads the Individual Insurance Business function at MLC Life Insurance. Under Gerard’s leadership, this team is focused on the delivery and performance of our end-to-end individual insurance proposition to advice partners and emerging markets. This enables us to promote and execute the full benefits of our distribution, product and retention skills.
Gerard is an experienced executive with over 25 years in the insurance industry. Before joining MLC Life Insurance, he was the Group Executive – Life Insurance for ClearView Wealth. In this role, he provided strategic direction, oversight, and leadership on all aspects of the life insurance business, including product, pricing, underwriting, claims, operations, customer and adviser experience. Gerard has also held senior leadership roles at Zurich, ANZ Wealth (OnePath Life), and Asteron.
