Melissa leads the Risk, Governance and Legal function at MLC Life Insurance and is responsible for enterprise-wide risk, compliance, regulatory affairs, corporate governance, legal and company secretariat.
Melissa is an experienced leader with over 25 years’ experience in risk management, transformation delivery and strategic advisory across insurance, financial planning, superannuation and asset management.
Prior to MLC Life Insurance, Melissa has held executive leadership roles at icare, CBA, MetLife and ING focused on strategic transformation to uplift both business and customer outcomes.
Melissa is passionate about team development and working with individuals and teams to create a high performing culture where everyone works together to achieve great outcomes.
