Introducing Vivo Virtual Care
Vivo Virtual Care is our enhanced, new-look version of Best Doctors. There’s more to love than ever before, with added nutrition and fitness consultations to support proactive maintenance of overall health and wellbeing. Members and their immediate family members1 have unlimited, on-demand access to all Vivo Virtual Care services via our dedicated online portal.

Access for all members
Vivo is an inclusive benefit built into our MLC Life Insurance partnership arrangements. Uninsured members and their immediate family members1 have access to Vivo Virtual Care services. Uninsured members unlock access to the full suite of Vivo services when they’re covered by MLC Life Insurance2.
Flexible and tailored support
Vivo has 17 health, wellness and recovery services that aim to help members achieve their goals. We understand that no two are the same, so support through Vivo is tailored to the individual and where they are on life’s journey.
We’re focused on early intervention
Vivo is focused on improving return-to-work and return-to-health outcomes for members by leveraging industry-leading early engagement services. For those who accessed our support services over the last 12 months, 64% were able to return to work in some capacity, and a further 34% were able to return to full hours.
These services are easily accessible through the ‘Reach out to Vivo’ online form, where members can self-enrol, or employers can enrol on behalf of an employee.
