I want my client’s tax statement
There are several statements we provide that can be used for tax purposes.
For most policies, you can access your client’s latest tax statements online.
- Select Clients and then Client list in the navigation menu.
- Search and select a client.
- Select the Documents tab.
- Select Download next to the statement.
If you require an annual statement for an SMSF owned policy, please send a request to enquiries.retail@mlcinsurance.com.au or call us on 13 65 22 between 8.30am to 6pm (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday.
For all other policies: Please give us a call on 13 65 22 between 8.30am to 6pm (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday.
I want to download a report with all my client’s personal and policy information
For most policies, you can generate a client report from the reporting tab online.

I want to generate a certificate of currency for my client
For most policies, you can generate a certificate of currency in the document tab online.
- Select Clients and then Client list in the navigation menu.
- Search and select a client.
- Select Download Certificate of currency.
For all other policies: Please give us a call on 13 65 22 between 8.30am to 6pm (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday.
I want to see my client’s policy schedule or annual review notice
For most policies, you can access your client’s latest annual review online.
- Select Clients and then Client list in the navigation menu.
- Search and select a client.
- Select the Documents tab.
- Select Download next to the statement.
