For most policies, you can view the current sum insured, including waiting and benefit periods online.

• Select Clients and then Client list in the navigation menu.
• Search and select a client.
• Select Benefits tab.

For most policies, requirements for alterations to existing policies can be found in the MLC Insurance and MLC Insurance (Super) Financial Adviser Guide.

I want to see who is listed as a beneficiary on my client’s policy

For most policies, any beneficiaries on your client’s policies can be viewed online.

• Select Clients and then Client list in the navigation menu.
• Search and select a client.
• Select the Beneficiaries tab.
• Beneficiaries information is displayed.
